I learned about fried shrimp that you can buy at Rakuten from a gourmet's blog.

It seems that it is a famous fried shrimp that has been loved at the live fish restaurant "Maruha Main Building" in Aichi Prefecture.

最初美味しかったものが、急に品質が変わったり・・・なかなか難しいものでございます。

冷凍なので、年末年始の料理にもピッタリ。

海老フライが美味しかったので、同じブログで紹介されてらしたハンバーグも買ってみる。
